Billings method

NFP methods, such as the Billings Method or Creighton Model, help women and families achieve pregnancy – or prevent pregnancy, if there is a reason to avoid it – by tracking natural cycles, which is similar to the concept behind the Natural Cycles app.

A 1976 study by the World Health Organization concluded that the Billings method compares favorably with artificial means in effectiveness at preventing conception.

In India an estimated 10 million people have been introduced to the Billings method over the past decade.
