The first retreat took place at Mount St. Alphonsus, a former seminary in Esopus, N.Y.

The attack on the corrections officers came just after 2 a.m. on March 20 in the ambulance bay of Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, when Idaho Department of Correction officers took Skylar Meade, 31, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence, to the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho, for medical treatment, the Boise Police Department said on Wednesday.

Meade escaped from the Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise after being taken there for "self-injurious" behaviour, Josh Tewalt, director of the state's Department of Correction, said in a news conference on Thursday.

Among the rural health clinics with the designation are St. Luke’s family medicine clinic in Jerome and Saint Alphonsus Health System’s family medicine clinic in Fruitland.
