Montgomery County Police shot a man accused of stabbing four victims in Aspen Hill, Maryland, Saturday morning.

Now, nearly a dozen libraries participate in the program, including the Quince Orchard, Olney, Gaithersburg and Aspen Hill branches.

The Dubbanehs grew up in Aspen Hill in a restaurant family; they have two sisters and another brother, Ronnie, who helps with strategy.

“I think there are a lot of good ideas in Thrive, but it’s not ready,” said Jamison Adcock, an Aspen Hill resident.

Investigators tracked him down in Upstate New York, in part via Facebook comments from a resident there who wrote about going to high school in Aspen Hill, Md. Last week, Leggett and another detective, Lisa Killen, drove to Little Falls and interviewed Smith.
