Adapted by Matt Baker from the French series “Astrid et Raphaëlle,” it stars Purvis as Patience Evans, a civilian clerk working in the seemingly uninhabited and endless archives of the York police department, where, by wheeling some shelves together, she has fashioned herself a little fortress of solitude in which she hides out with some pet mice.

Hiccup and Astrid look like kids with fake IDs at the Saddle Ranch waiting for someone to turn on the mechanical bull.

Here, her Astrid tough and pretty — and pretty flat.

Local resident Astrid, who lives in a building next to the school, told the BBC she heard 30 or 40 shots.

The young stars of the film - Mason Thames who plays Hiccup and Nico Parker who plays Astrid - said it would be a joy to film "whereever it is".
