From Friday to Sunday, tens of thousands of fans traversed the dusty grounds of Indio’s Empire Polo Club, where the headliners were Zach Bryan, Jelly Roll and Luke Combs.

The three-day event kicked off Friday and will run through Sunday night with headliners Zach Bryan, Jelly Roll and Luke Combs.

The music was ragged but soulful, and as at every Bryan gig, it inspired folks in the crowd to scream his lyrics into each other’s faces.

Saturday’s rain should dissipate around noon, and “spotty and sparse” showers will continue throughout the day, said National Weather Service meteorologist Bryan Lewis.

City Councilman Matthew Bryan, who has made access to the falls a key part of his agenda, said that he believes the city and Union Pacific may finally be able to make it happen.
