Peter Murphy, aged 80 from Stockport, has a small teachers' pension, a state pension and his main BT pension, giving him a combined income of about £25,000 a year.

The ITV and BT Sport regular said she hoped the judge's finding would lead to more people speaking out about bad behaviour and online abuse.

She added that BT is "delighted" with tax relief on infrastructure investment in the Spring Statement and UK planning reforms.

"At the moment, like the country, we are focused on getting BT back to growth," she said.
