The business has certainly adapted and grown since its first store opened a short drive away in the town of A Coruna.

In front of a crowd of attendees at the council hall on Monday, they were handed plaques by the mayor bestowing them with the status of "Adopted Sons of A ��ǰ���ñ��".

Ibrahima Diack and Magatte N'Diaye were given "adopted sons of the city" status in A ��ǰ���ñ�� on Monday in a formal ceremony recognising their actions.

It's the "deep, emotional connection" between Deportivo La Coruna and a passionate fanbase that stuck with the club through the highs, when they won La Liga and the Copa del Rey, and the lows, when Spanish football obscurity beckoned.
