Distinguished Service Order

During the Kosovo campaign he was awarded the Distinguished Service Order for leadership.

He received a number of accolades during his military career, including a Distinguished Service Order - an award given for highly successful command and leadership during active operations.

He was appointed as a Companion of the Distinguished Service Order for his leadership on operations in Afghanistan in 2007, receiving the honour from the Queen at Buckingham Palace.

Munro was among those who were awarded the Distinguished Service Order for his part in the attack.

Mobbs was wounded twice and awarded the Distinguished Service Order, second only to the Victoria Cross.
