Health Assured provides EAP services - including a helpline and short-term counselling - to 13 million workers across the UK and Ireland.

Check with your employer to see if they offer an employee assistance program, or EAP, which can connect you with short-term counseling.

Sessions with an EAP or school counselor are subject to standard confidentiality constraints — in other words, the person you talk with won’t go to your boss or parents and tell them what you talked about.
