Eminescu

Someone invokes the name of Mihai Eminescu, Romania’s national poet of the 19th century, and Emi responds by reciting one of his lesser-known bawdy poems.

Unfortunately for Russia's aggression, Eminescu will always be there.

Eminescu may be placed by the side of Leopardi.

He was of Turco-Tatar origin, and his surname was originally Emin; this was changed to Eminovich and finally to the Rumanian form Eminescu.
