Snow guns blasted human-made snow during the winter of 2021–2022 at Diavolezza—a 3,000-meter-high ridge in Switzerland’s Upper Engadine Mountains with nine ski slopes, a cable car and views of some of the Alps’ highest peaks.

The song covers an impressive amount of ground, from the prime minister’s religious discrimination bill and support of Hillsong to an internet conspiracy theory involving McDonald’s and the regional town of Engadine.

The Chasellas ski lift — an eight-minute glide above the mountainside — deposits straphangers at the Suvretta Hotel’s Trutz Chalet, a lunchtime oasis of old-fashioned stone and timber at 7,200 feet above sea level, with views over the whole of the Upper Engadine.
