A block of flats in north-west London has been evacuated after a large fire spread from a neighbouring electricity substation.

Gould then followed the girl, who hid and knocked on nearby flats to try to get help, prosecutors said.

Videos and photos circulating on Telegram on Friday show a car in flames outside a block of flats.

The injured man was seen in the lift bleeding profusely from his arm and neighbours who saw him outside the block of flats contacted emergency services.

Upon arrival, crews began evacuating the 42 flats and Dover District Council was working to offer support and provide emergency accommodation to those affected, said the fire service.
