Gregory V. Knoll 22, of Hill City. was identified in January but his family was only recently received a full briefing, the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced Friday.

Gregory V. Cox, an analyst at the Institute for Defense Analyses, said the Navy is going to have to choose, and it can’t have it all.

“People are basically saying, let’s get 2020 out of here,” says Gregory V. Jones, director of the Evenstad Center for Wine Education at Linfield University in McMinnville, Ore. But he’s not optimistic for the future.
