Now scientists at the Kastler Brossel Laboratory in Paris and the U.S.

Lawmakers are now crying foul, however, after learning that the resolution also contains language celebrating Forrest, the subject of one of Kastler’s books.

But Republican Rep. Mike Sparks filed another resolution to honor Shane Kastler, the author of a book about Forrest that includes much of the same language.

“For me, Sunday is a family day,” said Mr. Kastler, a German member of the European Parliament who is being urged on by his wife, church groups and trade unions.
