"I would love to say that what I've written and what other critics have written will matter, but I just don't think it will," says Digital Spy movies editor Ian Sandwell.

Sandwell awarded the film two stars out of five, noting that the action and visual effects are "decent", the robots are "impressive" and the finale is "epic".

Beth, from Sandwell in the West Midlands, recalls a privately-educated student once telling her: "You don't sound like you're from a private school."

Sandwell, where Beth is from, was ranked the ninth most income-deprived of the 316 local authorities in England in the latest available data in 2019.

Sandwell and West Birmingham trust, which runs Birmingham's City Hospital, accepted liability for her death, it said.
