A member of the SDK gang, short for “Surenos Do Kill,” Merino, 37, was sentenced to life in prison for murdering a man in South Los Angeles in 2009, according to an appellate decision that summarized evidence at his trial.

"It was relatively clear that bondholders would not accept the proposal," said Daniel Bauer, chief of the SdK association of capital investors that is representing nearly 800 Euroboden investors with 11 million euros in bonds.

When a user installs an app, they might agree to the app accessing their phone’s location or contacts without realizing that a data broker SDK is acquiring that data too.

The platform, called Intel Quantum SDK, would for now allow those algorithms to run on a simulated quantum computing system, said Anne Matsuura, Intel Labs' head of quantum applications and architecture.

"The Intel Quantum SDK helps programmers get ready for future large-scale commercial quantum computers," Matsuura said in a statement.
