Environment agency Sepa has recorded water scarcity across the country after Scotland's driest period in 60 years.

Sepa also said there had been no rainfall in parts of Fife for more than a month and the east of Scotland was particularly dry.

It comes after environment agency Sepa said 23 areas surrounding major bodies of water - including the Clyde, Dee, Firth of Forth and Firth of Tay - were now experiencing some level of water scarcity.

Sepa issued a number of flood warnings for Tayside as well as for Ayr to Troon.

In a statement, Sepa told BBC Scotland they had contacted Mr Carter about the bicycle repairs before shipment and they were disappointed in their condition by the time they were shipped.
