Suzanne Cherry, 62, from Aldridge, Walsall, died on 15 April, four days after she was struck at Aston Wood Golf Club in Shenstone, by a grey Nissan van which had been involved in a police pursuit.

Ms Cherry's husband has described how he "watched in helpless horror" as his wife was fatally injured at the club on Blake Street in Shenstone.

Officers are continuing to appeal for information and are particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the area of Blake Street and Birmingham Road between Sutton Coldfield and Shenstone.

Ms Shenstone said she did not believe dog licences would work because only responsible owners would sign up.

Mrs Fitzgerald, who now lives at Shenstone in Staffordshire, said her daughter had been a "bright and vivacious young person", who enjoyed netball and music and was "very interested in other people".
