Sidamo

The coffees — organic Sidamo and Yergacheffe Arabica varietals from Ethiopia and Peruvian beans for the decaf, both fair trade from local cooperatives — are not bargain-priced.

Miller admits to loving a cold pint of Faux, which is an 8% ABV Golden Stout brewed with cocoa nibs, Mexican vanilla beans, and a blend of Ethiopian Sidamo, and Mexican Chiapas coffee.

Under the previous constitution there was a separate province known as Sidamo, which, though it contained several ethnic groups, recognised the Sidama in its name.

Sidamo is meant to be a place of community gathering where you can learn about Ethiopian culture.
