Snake River

“Clarkston,” one of his acclaimed recent plays, is a gay drama about two lost souls set in the titlular Washington state town located just across the Snake River from Lewiston, Idaho.

Calhoun is being held at the Snake River Correctional Institute in Ontario, where he’s been serving the second half of a four-year sentence in a burglary and car theft case dating back to 2019.

Most important, he added, the beef should carry a name that develops cachet like Black Angus, Niman Ranch or Snake River Farms.

The new agreements do not definitively resolve the future of the Lower Snake River Dams — that will likely require Congressional action.

Replacing the services of the Lower Snake River Dams, which are pushing salmon runs to extinction, requires urgent action and is the obvious place to start.
