So far, two short films have been greenlit through the project: One, titled “Sweetwater,” tells the story of a man who visits his childhood home and discovers a hologram of his dead celebrity mother.

The soon-to-reopen section of highway, which spans from Chautauqua Boulevard just north of Santa Monica to Sweetwater Canyon Drive in Malibu will operate two lanes of traffic in both directions, according to a CalTrans document.

Caltrans’ QuickMap website said early Monday that the northbound Pacific Coast Highway remained closed at Topanga Canyon Boulevard, and southbound PCH was closed from the Sweetwater Canyon Road.

Monte Tucker, a farmer and rancher in the western Oklahoma town of Sweetwater, had spent Monday putting some of his tractors and heavy equipment in barns to protect it from hail.

Some breweries make beers that are 420-themed, but not laced, including SweetWater Brewing in Atlanta, which is throwing a 420 music festival this weekend and whose founders went to the University of Colorado.
