"Until Mozi, no combination of apps could tell me what city my friends are in at any given time, or even what my friends locally are up to," says Mozi co-founder, Molly DeWolf Swenson.

Swenson urged residents with health concerns to reach out to local public health officials, and asked for patience as his crews were working at record speed to remove debris from thousands of properties in the county.

“There is lots of opportunities for survivors to work with our crews to express their concerns and their desire to keep specific trees that we have deemed to be a high risk and hazardous,” Swenson said.

The Army Corps will use the same process as the EPA to find and remove hazardous waste, Swenson said.
