Tiflis

The Trans-Caucasian Constituent Assembly, in session at Tiflis on March 21, refused to ratify the peace treaty with Germany, and urged immediate war.

E. of Tiflis, there is a thick bed of the pure salt about 5 ft. below the surface, and at Balalpashinsk there are lakes or ponds the waters of which are an almost pure solution.

We reached Tiflis, the capital of Georgia, in January, and remained there until after the capture of Kars by the English and Turks.

It was taken to Tiflis, and buried in the monastery of St David.
