CMEA’s third-party human resources firm Tri-Net investigated the complaints after the formal complaint was made, the complaint says.

The defendant’s attorney Villarreal Hutner, in a prepared statement, said, “The truth is that this lawsuit is the result of the least ‘sexy’ of its allegations: these administrative assistants’ curtailment of overtime resulting from CMEA’s commitment to excellence and efficiency.
